The 1st OX4 festival takes place on the 10th October, 2009.

It takes place between 10am – 3am

Arrival Times 

You will be able to collect your wristbands from 10am – 8pm on Saturday 10th October. Wristbands to be collected from East Oxford Community Centre.

Venues:

Taking place across the whole of The Cowley Road with venues including:

02 Academy / East Oxford Community Centre / The Bullingdon Arms / Baby Simple / Trees Lounge / Cafe Tarifa / Cafe Milano Basement / Restore Garden / The Brickworks / G&D's

Workshops/Discussion Times:

 12noon - 5pm based at East Community Centre -For more details on workshops click HERE.

Music Times

Saturday 12 midday – 3.00 am. With afterparty mischevities taking place at various locations.

Age Restrictions

Those over 18 will be able to enter all venues (subject to capacity).

Those under 18 will be able to gain access to the Community Centre, Restore and the 02 Academy and some fringe venues (those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

Food and Drink

OX4 will host it's own café in the Community Centre, there also be a TRUCK bar in the community centre. Some of the cafés and pubs along The Cowley Road are also offering special discounts to those wearing OX4 wristbands.

The Un-covention

OX4 is proud to host Oxford's first Un-convention.

Un-convention is a new music industry event. , It’s about being independent., It’s about facing up to the current changing music scene and looking for innovative and creative solutions. It’s about discussion, debate and most of all – meeting new people with different perspectives and sharing knowledge, experience and contacts.
