Stages & Lineups


TRUCK festival has 6 stages, offering a musical cornucopia, everything from Americana, Indie, C&W, post rock, bleeps and beeps and dirty bass at the Cowshed rave.
Well known for a DIY attitude and for spotting the next big thing first, TRUCK books bands they like, and bands they hope you'll fall in love with too – it's all about discovering your new favourite band.

Last year saw Wild Beasts, The Joy Formidable, Fanfarlo, Total Science, Errors, Crystal Fighters, Ghost of Thousand, Pulled Apart By Horses, ASIWYFA, Broken Records, TEED, The XX, Frank Turner, Hot Club of Cowtown, and Stornoway, all play TRUCK.

THE TRUCK STAGE

The original main stage at TRUCK – still using the same flat bed trailer we used in 1999, the reason behind the name but bigger and better than ever before.




THE BARN
Yeah, it holds cows the rest of the year, but during the festival it becomes THE BARN STAGE, during the day it plays host to the buzziest new bands and on saturday night it transforms with lazer powered intensity for the Cow-shed Rave.



THE MARKET STAGE

Playing host to the more acoustic and country based offerings at TRUCK, with Sunday being hosted by legend and Steventon resident Whispering Bob Harris

 





THE BEAT-HIVE

A 20m diameter geo-desic dome catering for those that like a higher BPM than the average TRUCKER, bleep, beeps, bangs and dancing. Last year saw Errors and Daedulus positively smash it.

 

THE VILLAGE PUB

Based next to the TRUCK bar for easy access, the Village pub is the place to discover the latest talent. With BBC Oxford Introducing and some of the best unsigned music around.

BOXFORD TUNE DIVERSITY
and LION ENTERTAINMENT
A new addition to TRUCK this incandescent stage provides a peripheral party late into the evening, with F.O.T.B party DJ sets at peak times and laid back electronica and deep sub dub when your head and feet need a rest.

 

KIDS TENT MUSIC

Keep the little 'uns entertained with sing-alongs, and musical munchkins.
